The countdown has begun to the INOVYN Awards 2022, which will take place on 20 October 2022 to coincide with ‘K2022’, the flagship international fair of the plastics industry being held in Düsseldorf, Germany, on 19-26 October 2022.
This year’s INOVYN Awards focuses very much on sustainability, which has become a dominant theme for our industry as we seek to move to a more circular economy.
A record 130 entries have been submitted from 24 countries and 3 continents. For the first time, projects were received from the US, Serbia, Romania, Greece, Costa Rica, Colombia, Taiwan and several from India and Turkey.
With just one month to go, excitement is building to see who will win the gold, silver and bronze prizes within the categories Responsible Care, Carbon Neutrality, Circularity and Value to Society, Innovation & Design. The total prize money awarded across all 4 categories is €60,000 (€15,000 each).
Geir Tuft, CEO INOVYN, comments: “We are very excited for the upcoming INOVYN Awards. Contestants have been working very hard on their projects and the standard of entries has been consistently very high.”
